Privacy policy

This policy explains how we process the personal data of visitors to vinorum1905.cz and of people interested in apartments in the Vinorum 1905 project. Effective from 5 November 2026. The Czech version is authoritative.

What we process and why

  • Enquiries from forms (name, phone, e-mail, message): to reply, arrange a viewing or presentation and negotiate a purchase. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract at your request and our legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Visit source (which ad or page brought you, landing page, date): stored only in your browser and reaches us only together with a submitted enquiry, so we can see which channels work. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Meta marketing cookies (Facebook, Instagram): only with your consent, to measure whether a visit came from our ad and whether an enquiry was sent. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Technical data (IP address, browser type): processed by our hosting provider to run and secure the website.

How long we keep data

Enquiries are kept for the duration of our discussions and no longer than 3 years from the last contact; if a contract is concluded, for as long as the law requires. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser until you change or delete it.

  • the project developer Vertex Group a.s., where needed for a presentation, reservation or contract;
  • Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and form processing (USA; transfers under EU standard contractual clauses);
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — only with your consent to marketing cookies.
